Manotak Policies Deposits

We require a $250 USD per person deposit to hold your cabin. Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed only when a deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 14 days or cabin will be forfeited. Deposits may be paid with a personal check, money order, bank draft, VISA or Master Card. Credit card deposits will be charged a 5% fee. Deposits are not refundable and not transferable to another group. Groups who arrive with less than their confirmed number of persons will forfeit the deposit of each absent member. Deposit can be moved to later date within same current year for the original group. Please be sure to reserve the exact dates you require; there will be no deductions for early departures. Payments Balance owed at check-out must be paid preferably by Check or Cash. We also accept Travelers Checks, VISA, or MasterCard. Deposits and invoices settled by credit card will be charged a 5% fee.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. We ask that you settle your account by Friday at 8pm.


Manotak Lodge accepts responsibility for having all equipment in good running order when taken by guests. Guests, in turn, are responsible for the boats and equipment they are using and must exercise due operating care. No damage insurance is available from lodge. Boats and equipment assigned can be used during daylight hours only. Children under 18 cannot operate boat alone.

All cabins and buildings are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if you smoke in the cabin. You may smoke on the deck or any outside area.

Pet Policy

Due to allergy concerns, cabin cleaning, and to best accommodate the needs of all of our guests, we have a no pet policy.

Visiting the area or staying at another lodge?

We welcome you to visit our lodge for a guided tour or to make reservations for an evening dinner in our log lodge. Dinner reservations require minimum 24 hours notice.
